ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

  • Please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your order. UNYX will not be able to process return or exchange requests made after this period.
  • Orders placed through e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) are subject to each platform’s own policies.
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear or use.
  • Decisions regarding returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will be at the sole discretion of UNYX.
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or complimentary items are non-refundable.
    However:For products with discounts under 30%: exchanges for size or style are accepted based on the return pricing policy.For products with discounts over 30%: exchanges are limited to size only (same item), subject to availability.
  • Each sales campaign may have its own specific terms, which UNYX will announce in advance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Exchange Policy

  • Each purchase invoice is eligible for one exchange only.
  • Exchange values are calculated based on the prices at the time the exchange is processed.
  • Customers are required to pay the price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item.
  • UNYX will not refund any price difference for exchanges to lower-priced items.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
  • UNYX is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit with third-party couriers.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Each purchase invoice is eligible for one return/refund only.
  • Refunds are only applicable for full-priced items.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Contact UNYX via Facebook, Instagram, or Hotline for assistance.
  2. Fill out the Return Form included with your order.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original box to ensure it remains intact during transit.
  4. Ship your package to the UNYX return address using your preferred courier service.
  5. Once the returned package is received, our QC team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return/exchange conditions.
  6. UNYX will notify you of the result and provide details regarding your approved return or exchange.
